No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. Buying something will not improve your chances of winning.
All entries and the sweepstakes itself follow all applicable federal and state laws. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Who can enter?
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
You must be at least 18 years old (19 if you live in Delaware) to enter. If you do not live in one of these states or do not meet the eligibility requirements, please do not enter.
Employees and family members of the sponsor, Wakefern Food Corp., the administrator American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., and related parties are not eligible to participate.
Anyone found not complying with these rules will be disqualified.
How do I enter?
The sweepstakes runs from May 1, 2025, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time to December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries can be made in two ways:
- Online: Visit the official website at www.MyShopRiteExperience.com. Fill out the online registration form with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. You must answer a few survey questions. These answers do not affect your chances of winning but are required to complete your entry. You must submit your entry by the last day of each month to be eligible for that month’s drawing.
- Mail-in: You can also enter by mail without completing the survey. Simply handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone numbers (day and night), email address, and age on a 3”x 5” card. Mail it in a standard business envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received by the 4th day of the next month to be eligible for that month’s drawing.
Each mail-in entry counts as one sweepstakes entry. Only one entry per envelope is allowed. Bulk entries will not be accepted.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 5, 2026.
Rules for entries:
- Only one entry is allowed per person per month regardless of entry method.
- If someone submits more than one entry, they will be disqualified.
- All required information must be included for your entry to count. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- The sweepstakes sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incorrect, or misdirected entries.
- All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.
Privacy:
By entering, you agree that the sponsor may use and share your name and contact information to administer the sweepstakes and other related purposes.
Your information will be managed according to ShopRite’s privacy policy, available at http://wakefern.shoprite.com/privacy-policy/.
General Conditions:
If the sweepstakes is interrupted or cannot continue for any reason – like technical problems, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the sponsor’s control – the sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes or disqualify anyone involved in tampering. Any interference with the sweepstakes may lead to legal action.
Winner Selection and Notification:
There will be eight monthly drawings, each selecting five winners. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during each month.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries for that month.
Winners will be notified by phone, email, or postal mail around the fifth day of the month following the drawing.
If a winner cannot be reached within three days or does not meet eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified and replaced.
Prizes:
A total of forty prizes will be awarded during the sweepstakes period. Each winner will receive a $100 ShopRite gift card. The total prize value is $4,000.
The sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
By accepting the prize, winners release the sponsor from liability related to the prize and grant permission for their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials without additional compensation.
Disputes:
All disputes will be resolved according to New Jersey state law.
Any legal proceedings related to the sweepstakes will take place in New Jersey courts. Entrants waive rights to class actions or punitive damages.
Severability:
If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
Miscellaneous:
These official rules represent the entire agreement regarding the sweepstakes.
Any changes must be in writing and signed by the sponsor. Entries cannot be assigned to others.
